Yes all credit cards are accepted. You can pay on my web site on at the inspection.
Q. How soon can you go out and inspect the houses?
Usually within one to two days
Q. How long will it take after the inspection for me to get the report?
The night of the inspection or by 9 am the next morning at the latest
Q. Do your reports contain images?
Yes hundreds.
Q. Are you licensed and insured?
Yes licensed in the state of NJ insured with both professional liability (E&O) and general liability
Q. Where do most of your business come from?
Customer referrals, and realtors.
Q. What tools/equipment do you use for inspections?
We use infrared cameras, gas detection meters, drones, electrical meters and circuit testers, moisture meters, hygrometers, and various hand tools.
Q. How long will the inspection take?
2.5-3.5 hours.
Q. Are you ok with me meeting you there during the inspection?
I don't mind if either the home owner or agent meets me.
Q. Do you email the report?
Yes.
Q. Do you work on weekends?
Yes 24/7.
Q. Is there anything I should do on my end prior to the inspection taking place to ensure it can be completed properly?
Make sure all windows are closed for 12 hours prior to the inspection, make sure all vehicles are out of the garage, makes sure all power, water, and other utilities are on ( you can do this through your agent).
